This was an extremely excellent experience. Andrew the salesperson who assisted me was helpful and charming ( putting up with my chatter) and very flexible in addressing the explanations I requested . Every element was pleasant and efficient. The finance manager was very patient and lovely as well. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience. I also love my new Subaru!

Since I bought my car in 2021, Albany Subaru has treated my car and I kindly and professionally! The staff communicates well with me as a customer and with each other as a team. Dropping off my car for oil changes, maintenance or anything else at the service center puts my mind at ease as I know it will be taken care of meticulously and efficiently.

Wow! Great service and attention to detail when it came down to what I wanted out of a new car. Roger helped me find a car that serves all of my family’s needs and mine! My wife and I just purchased a new 2025 Subaru Forrester from Albany Subaru and the experience could not have been better! The entire staff was extremely helpful, efficient, friendly, and everyone involved worked very hard to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our new purchase. They were such professionals and treated us in the same way. They gave us a fantastic deal on our trade in, far better than other buying sites like Carvana or KBB, and made sure we were completely satisfied with the offer for the new vehicle. This was our third Subaru from Albany Subaru and we will not hesitate to come back again for our next car. Thank you Albany Subaru...Bryan and Ryan you were both incredible, and we truly appreciate the wonderful attention you gave to us. We can't wait to hit the road with our new car. Had another recent service visit—both representatives that helped me were great. I especially appreciate Jason going above and beyond. He brought such a warm, personal touch to our visit. I was not expecting to into a dealership and walk with a car. I simply stated my wants and need and with a bit of encouragement from the help of my family. Helped me get into the car I wanted. The staff there went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable while making such an impactful decision. After going a led explaining the financial plans the staff allowed me to come to session with each parameters. Despite people’s political affiliations they managed to get the car I wanted despite the scarcity due to tariffs. But nonetheless I’m a happy graduate with an awesome machine. I hope everyone else’s expenses was as good as mine if not better!
